Faith to accomplish our Mission

At Anzac Nomads, our mission is simple:

Rowena and I want to make the rest of our lives the best of our lives.

We believe life was never meant to be lived small, disconnected, or without purpose. We look forward to entering this season of adventure, freedom, learning, and contribution. We are committed to building a legacy that matters — first for our family, and then for the wider community we meet along the journey.

Our family is our legacy. Our journey is our classroom. Our experiences are our message. (And boy, we have decades of experiences saturated with success, failure, sickness, stress that have turned into memories and grateful hearts.)

Why are we focused on our trips?

To be honest. It felt like a good idea at the time. How hard could it be? It's easy to say that we are passionate about connecting with people throughout the caravan and camping industry across Australia. From fellow travellers and caravan park owners to Hip Camps, farm stays, 4WD specialists, caravan manufacturers, off-grid experts, and industry innovators.

But we don't know that; however, we do value relationships built on trust, encouragement, and mutual benefit. Our years of running our marketing business have taught us that people know, like and trust us is a good place to be.

We do not see this lifestyle as simply “touring Australia.”

We see it as:

  • Building meaningful relationships. Duty of care 101.

  • Learning from experienced travellers. It has always been good to model after other people's experiences and glean from them.

  • Supporting Australian businesses. Contributing to human flourishing and economic growth with a generous attitude.

  • Sharing practical knowledge comes from our 30-plus years of both ministry and entrepreneurship. We are rookies in this space.

  • Encouraging others to pursue their own journey. Empowerment has always been our way of supporting others. They just need tools.

  • Creating conversations around faith, family, freedom, and purpose helps stimulate meaningful engagement.

Everything we do is based on reciprocal relationships. (You scratch my back, I will scratch yours. or business talk - quid pro quo.)

We believe the strongest communities are built when people contribute value to one another. As we travel, create content, and share experiences, our aim is to:

We openly acknowledge that many experienced travellers, YouTube creators, and industry leaders have paved the way before us. We honour those willing to share their successes, failures, lessons, and wisdom.

  • Experienced YouTube influencers and the excitement of meeting them face to face is just next level.

  • Caravan and camping content creators. Although we are unique, we are always open to new ideas and opportunities,

  • Off-grid and touring specialists. Now these people are legends in our books.

  • 4WD experts - These guys are next level and really down-to-earth.

  • Caravan manufacturers and builders - Our experience is very limited at the moment.

  • Business owners within the industry. We think this is a learning curve for many.

  • Everyday travellers with valuable stories to tell is something we are looking forward to.

Wisdom compounds when it is shared.

Rather than pretending to know everything, we choose to remain teachable, adaptable, and willing to grow.
