Hmmm Camper Trailer or Caravan?

Doing the Big Lap Trip is what a lot of Australians look forward to doing. This Post is our reason for doing it towing a caravan rather than our camper trailer.

After conversations with my GP, ENT specialist, and neurologist, it became clear that my body needs the best possible environment to truly thrive. With that in mind, we decided that towing a caravan on our Big Lap journey would serve us better than using a camper trailer.

A caravan allows us to set up quickly and be fully functional almost immediately—wherever we are. As long as we have internet access, we can stay connected and continue what we need to do from any device, anytime, anywhere.

Our camper trailer has served us well, and we’re grateful for it. However, the longer setup and pack-down times take energy and focus that could be better used elsewhere. Rain only adds to the workload.

For us, time and energy are precious. Choosing a caravan supports a more sustainable, comfortable lifestyle as we travel and live on the road.
