1- You are designed to be healthy. Health is the normal state of the body. Being unhealthy is abnormal.
2- Your body is smart. There is an intelligence inbuilt in your body to maintain your body in a healthy state.
3- Your intelligence communicates across the nervous system. The spine is like a suit of armour for the nervous system.
4- Stress causes misalignment in the spine. Modern life is unnaturally stressful.
5- Misalignment causes dysfunction in the spine and body. This dysfunction can manifest as dis-ease, symptoms and conditions.
6- How would you know if your spine was misaligned? Only a Chiropractor is trained to find and correct misalignments in the spine.
7- The 3-legged stool of care. Ergonomics and exercise are just as important as getting adjusted in rhythm.
8- Your body needs time to heal injuries. Healing takes time and the road to recover is paved with ups and downs.
9- You should feel better after an adjustment. You should feel a difference in your body for a window of time after your adjustment.
10- Kids need to get checked too. Our first stress in life is after birth. Children can have their spine checked on as early as one day old.
11- What should you do if you have misalignments? Spinal misalignments tend to get worse over time.
12- Tell your friends and family. We are on a mission to help our community be as healthy as possible.
