Meet Wazza Harvey

LET US INTRODUCE PASTOR WAZZA HARVEY

Wazza Harvey was raised in the Foursquare Full Gospel Church, his dad Ps Harold Harvey pastored a Church in Northam and Yotting – before Pastoring the Midland Foursquare Church.

During his teenage years Wazza had a faith crisis – and at 15 years of age hitch hiked across the Nullarbor Plains from Adelaide and returned to Perth addicted to drugs – eventually living on the streets. At 17 years of age – he recommitted his life to Christ at Teen Challenge WA when Ps Malcom and Marjorie Smith were leading the ministry ... Wazaa is one of the longest Teen Challenge Students who has been on staff in all locations; Gin Gin, Beverley, and Esperance.

After serving at Teen Challenge – Wazza trained at El Shaddai Bible College of Advanced Ministries under Dr John and Lorraine Friend. In 1990 at El Shaddai Ps Wazza first met Chris and Rowena Tutauha the ANZAC NOMADS...

Since being trained and released in ministry now known as Ps Wazza Harvey; he has ministered in Australian Christian Churches, Vineyard, Southern Cross Associations of Churches and Plantagenet Family Church (Mt Barker) in Youth Ministry.

Ps Wazza pastored Gnowangerup Baptist Church and Gumtree Christian Fellowship in Esperance for 10 years... He has since gone full circle and now following his father’s footsteps and is serving the Lord in Northam with Collective Hope Churches.

Ps Wazza is a pioneer, and established School Chaplains in Mt Barker and Esperance, he was called of God to Northam to re-birth the Collective Hope Northam Church planted by the late Ps Patrick Ryan – opening the doors in June 2021 with 3 people from Northam and Ps Chris Friend and another Collective Hope representative – the church has grown and is now averaging around 30 people with 3 Connect Groups in 3 different towns and is now beginning to strengthen other Churches in the Wheatbelt.

Ps Wazza has also pioneered Prayer At The Hill – which is a state wide prayer network and aims to Promote prayer and be a prophetic voice to regions, cities, towns and churches by partnering with local churches.

Awaken and Activate the bride of Christ to her first love and to her first works the place of prayer.

Train, teach and equip the Bride of Christ in the ministry of prayer and intercession and other Apostolic Ministries.

Herald in a “Prayer Revival” which God willing will usher in Revival!

Chris and Rowena Tutauha graduated from El Shaddai Bible College of Advanced Ministries in 1989 and I met them in 1990 when I attended.
